How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Blowinghttp Tree Service wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to complain and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Handle

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Blowinghttp Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Tell us as well. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Blowinghttp Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@blowinghttp.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened. That may involve contacting the provider. Afterward we reply with our findings and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help.
